With a striking, minimalist profile, the Vaquero draws your eye in with aggressive hot-rod styling backed up by high-tech Kawasaki engineering. The Vaquero is built to log the miles—whether on the highway or city streets. Its 1700cc V-Twin, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected powerplant has Electronic Throttle Valves, four-valve heads and is backed up with a six-speed transmission, hydraulic clutch and final belt drive. Additionally the Vaquero has rider-reassuring Kawasaki Advanced Coactive-braking Technology (K-ACT) ABS with Tokiko calipers.
