1988 BMW R 100 RS, Excellent mechanical cond, cosmetically VGC. Technician owned & maintained the last 10 yrs -- upgraded electrics, suspension (Works Performance), and brakes make this machine a strong running and reliable daily runner and cross country motorcycle. All bodywork is in VGC with small flaws and road chips consistent with 66,000 miles -- all original paint, still with good gloss. Ring & valve job appx 20,000 mi ago, carbs completely rebuilt this yr, NEW Pirelli Sport demon tires, quality diode board, rotor & brushes, DYNA coil. Speedometer recently rebuilt. All instrumentation functions as new (except the speedometer is now finally accurate). All controls operate smoothly and correctly. This machine machine runs, handles and STOPS, as good as/or better than when new. Always garaged and meticulously maintained .
