2007 BMW F800S, When it rains it pours and so, for what we believe is the very first time we have not one, but two of our favorite F800 series machines available. Which will find a new home first? Your guess is as good as ours in this case and while they are both 2007???s the similarity ends right there. But they are both beautiful machines and both is in superb condition.This Sunset Yellow example has had just one owner since new and we are pleased to say it was sold at Bob???s and always serviced here, we have all the records and it was all done according to suggested schedules. That long time, loyal Bob???s customer is now riding a newer BMW also acquired from Bob???s. This one was loaded up with some very nice, sensible and highly useful extras on top of the OEM equipment that includes: ABS, heated grips, BMW luggage rack, bag mounts sorry no bags) white turn signals, satin black alloy wheels, and the taller or stock height dual seat. Of course it has that near bullet proof 800 cc power plant and a very smooth 5 speed gearbox all connected to the rear wheel by a very quiet and very smooth and zero maintenance belt drive.This one has the following extras to make it a little more personal and a lot more fun: BMW center stand, ABA handlebars, top yoke and extension risers, MRA tinted windscreen, skid plate, adjustable screen spoiler, Wunderlich radiator bug guard and an aluminum oil filter and ignition unit protector. Cosmetically you???ll be hard pressed to find any flaws and our detailer had an easy time making this one look near new again.On the service side as you???d expect we???ve covered all the bases so the next owner need only start riding this bike. The full biannual service was performed, we upgrade the accessory outlet to a Powerlet version, installed new Michelin Road Pilot tires with Nitrogen for cooler running and longer life, we replaced about $40 bucks worth of assorted OEM hardware (with an hour of labor) that we felt was not as sweet as the rest of this nice machine, and even replaced the instrument cover as there was a good scratch that would simply not polish out ??? a $250 optional repair on our end to make this bike extra perfect. And then one of our four (4) BMW Master Technicians took the bike out for an extended test ride before running it through the MSI or Maryland State Safety Inspection process and then completing the more extensive and critical ADVANTAGE CERTIFIED program Inspection exclusive to Bob???s BMW.
